"And he who kidnaps a man, whether he sells him or he is found in his possession, shall surely be put to death." (Exodus 21:16)

Lord Jesus, we come before Your throne of grace asking for mercy and grace to those who have been captured, sold, given over to captivity. Whether it be slavery, forced prostitution (child, female, or even male), kidnapping for any evil reason. Recognizing that even in this modern age, and even in the USA, these things occur in secret.

We want to ask that You would grant protection from their captors, from the elements, from illnesses, and for Your great spiritual comfort that only You are able to instill in their hearts and minds. We would ask for psychological hedge of protection, that as evil and perverted such acts are, that You would keep their mind and souls from being perpetrated by such evil, that You would not allow it to sear into their minds or hearts, conciously or subconciously.

We pray that their captors would continually fail, be blined, and make mistakes, and that You would make a way of escape for these captives. I ask that You would open the way of freedom for them, that many of them would soon be rescued and that these activities would be exposed to the whole world especially through the media and the internet for the world to know. We ask that You would provide them with sustainable food, protective clothing, and shelter.

We ask that Lord, You would confuse the minds of those perpetrating these crimes and cause them to be continually afraid and dismayed. That their minds would be utterly confused as drunk and in a daze. That they would time and again fail at their efforts. That their plans would come to and amount to nothing. And that great God, You would cause them even to repent and turn from their ways of wickedness, and bring some to salvation and raise them up for rescue efforts instead.

We ask You, oh Lord, that You would supernaturally guide all those involved in the rescue efforts, grant them visions and dreams, and speak to their instincts as to where the captives are, how to rescue them, and how to capture the perpetrators that justice would be served. Send Your angels ahead of them to protect, to fight, and to guide. That more and more captivities would be discovered around the world, and there would be a world wide involvement in these efforts. That You would channel through abundant resources. And that You would expose and chastise every corrupt act that would seek to take advantage of this for personal gain.

We humbly bring this case before Your throne of Grace, knowing fully that it is Your will that we pray for such helpless ones.

In the name of Jesus the Messiah, the humble and powerful. And the one who brings justice. Amen

Land of Fire, that was a beautiful, inspirational prayer, and it leaves me speechless. But I must say Amen! Your posts touch many people, as you are a blessing to this site.
I pray God would pour His Strength, Courage, Wisdom, Guidance, Healing powers, upon each one of His Prayer Warriors here, at praying.org; and use us as a light that will lead the helpless, brokenhearted, kidnapped, and any person or creature in His world that is in need, out of the darkness they are in. Help them to find their way, with You helping them each step of the way. Keep the negative thought's out of their mind, so they can walk with you and not stumble. With Your help, nothing is impossible, as we unite to make our world a better place. Amen- and God Bless you.
