A young girl who was invited here from Germany by her cousin. It was this girl's dream to go to school in the US. Her mother took an extra job to pay for the trip. When she got her she learned that she was living with a mentally ill and cruel person. I found her one day last week walking to her bus stop in the rain. I picked her up and she was an emotional wreck. I was not surprised as I know her cousin. Since then I have taken the young girl in. I want her to stay with me but my husband is opposed. I have 2 days to find her a place to live or she flies back to Germany. She also needs someone to assume guardianship because her relatives are cancelling theirs. I am praying for a miracle because I know one can happen. She has been so happy at my house and so appreciative of anything we do for her. I want to find a way to right a terrible wrong that has been done to a precious young girl. Please pray that a way opens itself to us. God bless you all.
