I am a wife of an alcoholic husband. He wants to stop drinking but the temptation is overwhelming for him. My family is suffering. Depression and suicide are daily arguments. My family needs an extreme amount of prayers. PLEASE help us. Thank you.

Lord we know that You are the God of impossibilities and although this family's situation is dire we know that You are with them and have not foresaken them. I bind you satan in the name of Jesus, to leave this family alone, to cease the temptation of alcohol and the thoughts of suicide. Jesus shed His blood so that every member of this family could have life and have it abundantly. Don't believe satan's lies...that's all he can do is pervert the truth and come to hurt and kill. But, Jesus paid the price for each of you and by His stripes you are healed, you are clean, you are forgiven and you start fresh and new. When satan fills your mind with temptations, doubts or accusations...just let him know, I am the head and not the tail, I am above and not beneath, no weapon formed against me shall prosper....If or when you accept Christ as your Savior you have His backing, His support, His Holy Spirit, His mighty angels...you will know that you are going to heaven and you can tell satan you know where he's going to end up too!!! Be strong....also check into Ala-non and AA...these are great earthly organizations that can help too. God bless and keep you and yours...keep the faith and don't take your eyes and ears off the promises of the Lord.
