Lord God, my friend Pat is in a bad emotional condition because he was informed by the doctor that the condition of his father in ICU has taken a down turn. Lord God, all powerful living God and almighty, please have mercy on his family, in particular his father. Please if it is your will spare him this suffering and restore his health. Please also grant his family peace, and the strength to pull through this very difficult time. For You are merciful and loving and all powerful, we all praise your great name.

Heavenly Father I ask that You stand over this family while they are dealing with such heartbreaking circumstances. I ask that You will place your hands on this broken body and fix him anew. You Lord is the only one that can perform miracles and You are capable of doing anything. Please stand by his son and lift him and give him the strengh that is needed to continue to look towards You for his tired and weary soul. Amen
