I just registered and I had asked for prayer earlier for my son Michael, when I had not registered. I had asked for prayers for his addictions . He is an alcoholic and addict. He is struggling with staying sober and being honest with his sober house that he is living in. He knows what he neees to do and I know I am helpless. He is 21 and I am fearful for his future and life. I so very much need prayers for me as well. I am afraid and guilty that I cannot seem to give it up to God. Thank you for your previous prayers and I would be so very grateful more prayers.

Heavenly Father please touch this young man and release him from the demons of addictions so that he may delight in you Lord. Please Lord put your hands on this mother so that she may have the wisdon to help her son through this hard time. Amen

Dear Heavenly Father, Please wrap your arms around this son so that he may feel your presence. Please help him to have a burning desire to know you and live a life more pleasing to you. Please place your hand on healing on his so that he will be rid of the awful addictions. Please bless his mother that is so worried about him. Help her to put all her energy into prayer and to know that you love her son even more than she does and you are watching over him. Help her to have faith in your work. ALso, Please help her to find comfort from you and your word. For this we pray in Jesus name. AMEN

Father in heaven we love you. Great is your faithfulness. Darkness hides from you and trembles at your voice. Lord we continue to lift up Michael to you. Free him from the darkness of addiction and raise him up from his sin.

Lord be with "sanderson" and comfort her to know that YOU love Michael even more than she does. Be her strength in this trial. Amen

Thank you for your prayers, I am so grateful. I did not sleep last night. I prayed and tried to listen, but when I am in the grips of fear, I cannot do as I need to do. I am so grateful for God, I know he is with me, but I am so fearful.
Please continue to pray for us and for my son. He is in a really bad place in his head. He is discouraged, depressed, feeling guilty and needs to talk to his sponsor. He needs to continue to live in a safe place, but if he is honest with his house manager, he will probably have to leave. He wants to be sober, but does not know what to do. He cannot come home again, that is a mistake I made before. He needs to do this himself this time, or I fear he will never get sober.
Please pray for God to work on his heart and that Michael will do what he needs to do to do God's will. He asked me last night if I thought he just was not meant to be sober. I told him that was not God's plan for him and if he asked for help..God would give it to him. I have to go and get ready for work. I do not know how I will make it through the day. I have prayed for wisdom and I need to surrender him to God. I humbly ask you to pray for us.

I'm leaving you with a gift: peace of mind and heart! And the peace I give isn't fragile like the peace the world gives. So, don't be troubled or afraid. (John 14:27)

He (God) comforts us whenever we suffer. That is why whenever other people suffer, we are able to comfort them by using the same comfort we have received from God. (2 Corinthians 1:24)

Blessed are those who mourn. They will be comforted. (Matthew 5:4)

Dear friends, don't be surprised by the fiery troubles that are coming in order to test you. Don't feel as though something strange is happening to you, but be happy as you share Christ's sufferings. Then you will also be full of joy when he appears again in his glory. (I Peter 4:12-13)

He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There won't be any more death. There won't be any grief, crying, or pain, because the first things have disappeared. (Revelation 21:4)

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. (1 John 4:18)

Create in me a clean heart, o God; and renew a right spirit within me. (Psalm 51:10)

That is why we are not discouraged. Though outwardly we are wearing out inwardly we are renewed day by day. (2 Corinthians 4:16)

But he told me: "My kindness is all you need. My power is strongest when you are weak." So I will brag even more about my weaknesses in order that Christ's power will live in me. Therefore, I accept weakness, mistreatment, hardship, persecution, and difficulties suffered for Christ. It's clear that when I'm weak, I'm strong. (2 Corinthians 12.-9-10)

Be with sanderson this day. Let your word comfort and sustain her. Be with Michael and place a burning desire in his heart to know you better. If he has not accepted you as his savior lead him to you, and free him from addiction. Let Michael know that it is not your will for him to be enslaved by this world, but to be free from sin. You already paid the price for our freedom, THANK-YOU JESUS. We stand on your promises and the power of your sacrifice for us. Amen.

Things have taken a turn for the worse for my son Michael. He is about to lose his job and be kicked out of his sober house. He got mad and his a door frame and broke his hand. He had to go to the emergency room. He mentioned coming home when he gets kicked out. He cannot come home to our home. He lives in another town. He needs to get sober there, not here. I made the mistake before of letting him come home when he relapsed. He cannot get sober here, has not friends but old drug friends. He needs to stay there and get sober. I cannot help him here. He needs his support group. I have asked God to help with this situation. Please pray for a solution. I cannot bear this pain. I feel so hopeless.

I have asked God for healing from addictions, to put people in his life that will help him, for him to seek God, to have a burning desire to seek God's will for his life and for him to become responsible. I am beginning to think he will never be alright. I do not want to lose him to this disease of addiction.

I am just so sad and hopeless.

Christ Yeshua, You came to preach the gospel to the poor, heal the brokenhearted, preach deliverance to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind. You have also promised to set at liberty those who are bruised. (Luke 4:18)
May Michael acknowledge that his addictions to drugs, and alcohol, etc. has made him captive and has bruised him and his family in many ways.

Merciful Father, where there is sin, rejection, bitterness, resentment, self-loathing, lack of love for self and others, bruising, woundedness, self-destruction, sinful anger, despair, and hopelessness in Michael's life; we pray for Your Mercy, Forgiveness, Deliverance, Healing, Restoration, Light, Redemption, and Resurrection power to affect the necessary Salvation and Redemption needed in Michael's life.

Merciful Father, we know that it is not Your will for Michael to be captive and in bondage to any addiction, or to be lost in sin and darkness, held captive, and in bondage to demonic influences that has gained entrance into Michael's life as a result of sin, disobediance, rebellion, pride, and rejection of Your love, grace, kindness, mercy, sacrifice - for the rejection of Your forgiveness, and Salvation through the offering of Your only begotten SON, the SON of Your love, and our Saviour, Yeshua the Crucified Christ.

Righteous Father, we lay Michael's life upon the mercy seat of Your Beloved SON, our Saviour and Blessed Redeemer, Yeshua the Christ. We know that it is not Your desire that Michael should perish but to come to repentance and receive Your forgiveness of his sins and be washed in the blood of Your perfect sacrifice, the Lamb of YHWH who takes away the sins of world, who was, and is, and is to come. Alleluia!

Righteous Father, thank You, for Your gift of Salvation at so high a price to save Michael's soul, and deliver him from Satan's bondage. Abba Father, we ask that where there is sin against You in Michael's life; where there is unforgiveness, bitterness, or judgement of others, any evil speaking, hatred of others or himself, any wrath, sinful anger, jealousy, resentment, rebellion, or any other sins, reveal them to him that he may turn to You and receive Your tender love for him, Your Mercy, and Forgiveness, Your Deliverance, Your Healing and Your Comfort, Your wise Counsel, and Restoration, Your Salvation and Your Redemption. Bless Michael, Father, with the joy of Your Salvation. Reveal Yourself to Michael that he may know Your Great love for him - know You as his Safe Place of Refuge, his High Tower, his Deliverer, his Healing Balm, his Liberty, his Strength, his Light, his Restoration, his Resurrection power, his Salvation, his Blessed Redeemer, his Abba Father, and his Friend.

To the Glory of Your Most Holy Name, we Praise You and we Adore You, we Thank You for Your intervention, and deliverance, Your grace, mercy and great love for Michael. In the Name of our Saviour Yehshua the Christ, we pray. Alleluia! Amen and Amen
