I have requested prayer for my daughter several times within the last few months. Everytime I post, I see a positive influence for her; however, she is completly self destructing.

She has lost 30 pounds and has gotten to the point that she can't hardly get out of bed.

She did show up for Easter at her grandmothers but she was in awful shape. She actually look like death warmed over. She couldn't even hold up her arms to fix her hair. My mother and I helped her get dressed and she did the best she could to join in the family activities.

She will not let me help her. My niece did go to her house this morning and force her to get out of bed and took her to the doctor. The doctor did run a lot of test and we should get the results by Wednesday.

She is a drug addict and I don't know if she is using or not.

She has a 2 year old daughter that needs her so badly.

Please join me in prayer. Please ask God to take control of her life and show her that the only way to happiness is through Christ and that drugs only cause more despair. Also, give her the strenght to reject the people in her life that are negative influences for her. Please pray that she will see that it is her family that loves her and will be there for her.

Thank you so much for your continued pray and comfort for my daughter. This site has helped me to trust God to take care of things. I still have moments of anxiousness; however, for the most part, I have faith that God will take care of things. Thank-you again for your continued prayers and support.

May God grant you strength. Please take a moment for yourself and just breathe - be still and know that because of your faith you will get through this. Your daughter is blessed to have so many people in her life that truly love her, but unfortunately she will only get better when she learns to love herself. Continue to show her the love that God has shown you and with that love she will be blessed with the power to heal her heart, her body and her family. God bless you and comfort you in this trying time.

Father, on the authority of your Word, in the name of Jesus, and by the precious blood of Christ, I pray that every plan and strategy of the enemy in your daughter's life be stopped and rendered no effect. Let every plan of the powers of darkness against his daughter's life fail. Lord, send believers in his daughter's life who will proclaim the gospel in the power of your Holy Spirit so that her eyes will be opened and will turn from darkness to light. Give this father the strength to continue his parenting ministry. I asked these things in the name of Jesus.

RYD40, Lord we are lifting up this daughter to you. I pray for you to send some help to her. I pray that any drug use which may going on will be made known to family members. I pray that any problems she faces, be worked out. I pray that you lead RYD40 in what to say and/or do. I lift up this precious 2 yr. old who desparately needs parent(s) to nurture her, provide a roof over her head, and a safe haven to grow up in. I pray for a hedge of protection around this child. I pray that the Lord blesses everyone who touches the Mother, and child's life. I pray this, and pray for your will, in the name of Jesus, Amen!

Thank you again for your prayers. After my post, my daughter has gotten up and even went and looked for a job. She continues to need a great deal of prayer; however, I Know that GOD is listening to each of us and is working within my daughter. Thank you

Ryd40, How's your Daughter? I was thinking of her tonight. I pray that the Lord continue working in her life. I pray that he continue guiding you. ***Let your Daughter know that quitting drugs is hard, but not impossible. My Sister, and Brother-in-Law did drugs for many years. They got saved, and after 12 yrs. of being drug free, They are licsenced Pastor's. They have a testimony for all people who have drug problems. They now own 5 houses, and are doing great. This is what God can do for your Daughter!
