I'm requesting for myself as well as my husband. I am under severe attack from the enemy who I'm trying to warfare against under fear, doubt, and anxiety and emotionally distraught amongst others re: an IRS Wage Levy issue that was delivered recently without any other former contact. We've ordered and paid for a mail order legal package with telephone support with lawyers who've ignored returning phone calls, as well as trying to follow the advice in that "kit" with negative results in trying to get the Levy released. We've called the Tax Advocate's office instead of first trying to call Collections ourselves thinking it would be more prudent, however, and now Collections won't talk to us because its been signed over to the Tax Advocate, who is extremely slow in responding to our phone calls and faxes. Now the Advocate has sent a letter stating that they wont go any further until they receive multiple former tax years returns (which we didn't think they wanted), instead of trying to negotiate the release of levy on his wages first, along with an extension, so that he can have the time to file these multiple years that they want. This levy is due to come out next Thursday out of his automatic paycheck. He drives many miles as part of his job, and they'll take out 80% of his pay if it goes through, so then he won't be able to put gas in the car in order to work since he has to pay for it up front. If he can't work, he'll lose his job. The employer has already cut his hours, probably as a result of them receiving the wage levy (its a small company). I'm extremely distraught because now we're caught between two operating systems of which we have no control at this point. I'm asking for prayer for deliverance from the enemy's attacks and protection against him, as well as financial favor upon my husband for the release of levy and a 90-day extension in order to get these returns together. I'm also asking that his job is protected under these extreme circumstances. My faith has been roller-coastering, so I need extra in that area. Please pray for me for my deliverance and my husband that this levy does not go through, that his paycheck is protected somehow, and the tax advocate can call the collections dept. asap to negotiate a "release of levy" on their part (since we can't do it anymore), along with the 90-day extension.
