Praise the Lord for the healing!!!

Jacqueline- When I read your prayer request, I must say it sounded all too familiar. I'm 23 and have suffered from Acne since I was a teenager. I've tried everything..I've even been on Accutane (this cleared up my skin but only temporarily). Unfortunately my acne has returned and seems to be worse than ever before. On top of this, I just recently graduated from esthetic school. Upon entering school my skin was clear (not perfect but for the most part clear). However, during the past six months it's gotten out of control. On a daily basis I'm bombarded with the reminders of how horrible my skin is. It's been such a struggle for me. Everday after school I would go home and cry. Recently, I came to my breaking point and let everthing go. I said if this is the Lord's will, then so be it. I have a peace about my situation because the lord is covering me with his grace. I'm learning to let my inner light shine through. It's hard though when you feel like hiding. It's the lies of the enemy who try to keep us from living the life God intended us to have. I believe there is somehting supernatural that happens during a time of suffering. For me, I believe this is a testiment of my faith (and maybe yours too). He has promised me clear skin..but he has told me to be patient and still and to know that he is there. It's wonderful to hear of your recent victory. I will continue to pray for you and all those who suffer from this dibilitating disease. I would ask that you pray for me as well.

Lord I pray that you will heal Jacqueline and anyone suffering from acne. I pray that you will heal them from the inside out Lord and that you will reveal to them a solution right for them. I pray that you touch them lord so that they may be healed. I pray that you cover them with your grace and mercy. I pray that you will give them peace and strength to get through. I pray that they turn to you for help and never give up hope. I pray that they know YOU are the answer Lord and that through you all things are possible. Lord I thank you for everything you have blessed each and everyone of us with. In Jesus name Amen!

I will definetely keep you in my prayers. I know how hard it can be. My acne i had for two years until it finally cleared up. I went a year clear and now it is coming back. I refuse to go on accutane. But i dont feel i need it because God holds the most power over us and I feel that if we ask Him for help, he will give it to us. We have to be patient though. so please pray for me also. Prayer is such a powerful tool in this world tht is getting lost btwn a bunch of crap going on. so we need to stay strong and pray to our God, who gave us our beautiful lives. plus, personality is much more important than clear skin. I know its hard but just gain courage in ur self and who u r and attack the world. Show everyone tht it doesnt bother you. If they dont like it thn thy dont need to look at it. well i hope this has helped. I will definetley keep u in my prayers!

Hi so today i did the exact thing u did...i googled acne and God and came across this...wow after reading all of the responses from ppl i realize im not the only one and im not alone...i recently started breaking out a few months ago and before that i had flawless skin. Im now 18 yrs old, its been a great struggle for me also because i was always used to attention from everyone and always seen as very pretty but this struggle has really lowered my self-esteem...although im going through this i now feel like this is a test from God for me, ive been fasting alot and praying about this day after day, and i do believe God has a plan for me and why im going through this, so that i could get closer to him and not put so much into worldly things. God wants us to focus all our attention on him, and when were too consumed with ourselves, we lose that. And i feel that we should all just continue to pray for everyone that is suffering from this and maybe even we could fast a day together for everyone that wants healing.

And as for you (one-day-hey-jesus) put ur trust in God, im not trying to judge you but from ur response that i read from you, it bothered me, ur language use, trust me i was just like you, i would cuss and say i was a christian, when really how can we call ourselves christians when were just like the people that dont know God.

yeah but you have to understand that when i got baptized years n years ago i always fort god would start healing me but the opposite happened ... when the years just waste past and skin no better or worse, jus get to point where u cant take it no more...

what do u mean? im confused
