My wife of 17 years wants to divorce. I am so sad about this. She is my everything and I have always loved her. She is looking for a different life but doesn't know what. We have 3 kid ages 6,8 and 10. They don't know yet. They will be so sad. I'm not doing well at work because of this. Please pray for us.

The most difficult thing to do in life is to open up your hands and let go of the dearest and most precious thing in your heart and your life. It is all the more difficult when your love remains for someone as strong as ever and the object of all that love wants to break that circle of trust to pursue another lifestyle. The Word of GOD assures us that, although you may not be present to see it, that whatever this person seeks outside of your marriage will last only but for a "season" and they will drift off again into the next venture. Friend, what is missing is not in you, per se, but in your wife. She is seeking GOD, but she doesn't KNOW it. She will experience a great deal of disappointments as we all have, until the realization hits her square between her eyes that the missing piece in her life is her own Creator, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Heavenly Father, in Jesus Name, we petition You, Holy Spirit to visit this wife and mother. Teach, guide, and mature her in the way of the Lord. Guide her onto the path of righteousness leading to Eternal Life. Grant her revelation and saving knowledge into Who she is and in Whom she serves. Father, we stand in unity and alignment and petition that You create a divine intervention to guide this mom and wife back to her marriage, husband and children. We ask these things of You, Father, because we know that ALL things are possible when we believe. I love you deeply in Christ our Deliverer. Stay in prayer and remain strong in GOD's power.

Jesus bring some strength, and comfort into this man's life. He will need this strength to be able to continue functioning at work, and to be there for his three children. I pray that the sorrow he is experiencing will pass quickly, and ask that you carry out your will in this situation.
