I just want to say that Jesus Christ is amazing. I would love to share one of my many stories.
Right now I am 24 years old and my life is completely different than what others and myself would have expected. When I was younger i was very unmotivated and considered myself "dumb" not the smart-school type.
B/c of this i did poorly in high school, barely graduating. I decided to go to Community College since my mother insisted, but i had no passion..didnt know what i was good at. My parents always prayed for me and always told me to have faith in God and to seek him in prayer. I knew God existed but i hadn't made him a part of my life except when i needed his help. (i was selfish)
Despite this God helped me..and i went from c's and D's in highschool to now graduating with my B.A. in Communication in Italian with a 3.0 GPA and also besides that ive studied abroad for a year, and have now recieved a full paid scholarship worth $8,000 for an internship in New York!!!
I just want to share this testimony bc i can see how God had control of my life and though i didnt believe i was "smart-enough" ..God helped me, he guided me, he provided for me..and now i am what i am, and have what i have because of him!!!!!!!!
THANK YOU JESUS!!!
Now i know i depend on God, and my life revolves around him not only when i need him (sad, depressed) but also when im happy, and everything is great...Now i always have Gods approval before i do something!!!
