My husband left me on January 19th 2008 the day before my birthday. I came here because I had no one else to turn to. I recieved MANY prayers from total strangers who immediately became very supportive, and prayed very beautiful prayers for me. After my husband left, I was not ready to give up on my marriage, and I turned to God for answers and for help. The more I prayed each day got easier, and the pain I felt began to ease. everytime I felt depreesed I read my bible, and prayed. I prayed for my husband as well and decided that whatever happens "God has the FINAL say". I stop calling my husband, who would never respond or talk to me and starting focusing on getting myself together. About two(2) weeks ago my husband started calling me wanting to work things out. I told him that I had tuned my life over to God and that he should include him in his life as well. As of this past Sunday my husband has returned and we decided that the only way that the marriage would work if we included God in our lives and our marriage. So far we are okay, and everyday is getting much better. I would like to say a special thank you to all those who prayed for me. I would also like to say that whatever pain you are feeling , whatever sickness that you are going through and whatever crisis that you are dealing with ..GOD has the final say!!!

Karen I'm so happy that your husband has returned and your going to work out you marriage. Sharing your life with someone you truely love is a gift from God. My boyfriend and i broke up in January 19th also and I too am praying everyday for his return. He is my true love i feel it in my heart. We were both wonderful together, and i can only pray and turn to God that he returns and we continue our plans with a life time comittment. It has been very hard for me. There are days i sink into a deep depression and feel so hopeless. I feel weak and so broken hearted. I will pray that you and your husband have a wonderful life together and never part again. It's nice to know that GOD has the final say in all things. Even without your husband there, you had the faith and trust in GOD to take over for you and look at the miracle HE blessed you with. Because of this whole thing, your marriage will be far better because you both have decided together that GOD is your Source even above one another. Deep down joy doesn't necessarily mean absence of pain and heartache. Only "hopelessness" causes depression, but anyone whose #1 Source is Christ always has hope and faith in any situation because GOD is all powerful and can do anything. GOD's blessings and peace surround your marriage and protect it from the plans of the enemy. GOD bless and CONGRATULATIONS!!

you are so right about prayers and other people lifting theoir voices to god. I have put in prayer requests for my mom who was in the hospital and came home after a successful surgery and is doing well. I put one in for my sister-in-law who has three small children for a lump that was found at the bas of her neck and they found it to be benign. I have put prayers for my husband to keep working no matter what and so far it has helped. I have struggled with many things and many issued but in here I know that I have so much support and people here are wonderful.
Remember there are more good and loving people out there than bad.

I am also beleiving god in an almost impossible situation in my marriage but your testimony gives me hope that my wife, who is done trying, will come home once again and that I will get the chance to live a christ centered marriage. We are both beleivers but christ was never the center....it was for her,....but not for me, she grew weary of waiting for God to work in me...BUT god has my full attention now thru all this pain ....and now he must heal her of the pain I have caused her ....I have crushed her spirit but pray that god will heal her and my kids of all the pain I have caused our family and he is the only one who could put this torn home back together again.....Precious lord please heal my beautiful wife and kids and when I am ready please give back the precious gift you gave to me ..my family..thank you lord that you are god who humbles the proud and brings them low and while I am humbled O god teach me what you want me to learn and I pray that you will give me the desires of my heart.
