Christmas time was a time when I could have had the major blues...my truck broke down...and I had no way to get to work...my girlfriend broke up with me...but rather than have a pity party, I decided to praise God....I buy a Christmas tree every year for my elderly mom, but this year I had no money to buy one. The Lord knew it and guess what happened? (This is where you all say...what happened, Mike?) Well, let me tell you.....while taking my cousin's truck (who incidentally was at odds with me during the holiday season) to drop her friend off at work, I came by a Christmas tree lot on the corner from her house that was closing...and out in front they were giving away the left over trees....the tree I got was more beautiful than any tree I have ever purchased throughout the years and I got another tree to give away to my cousin....
