Specifically, I confess any thought's, words, or actions that you know are not pleasing to God. I confess it as sin and I repent of it. I choose to walk away from this pattern that You are gracious and merciful, slow to anger and of great kindness ( Joel 2:13 ). Forgive me for ever taking that for granted. "
