People having second thought's is normal, it might not be bad. I don't know the exact situation right now but God is listening and I know that He will give you the answers you are seeking. I have thought's all day, like with shopping. It is normal

I am happy, and I am doing all I can do make everyone else around me, including people here, happy as well.
