I thought it might be helpful if we started a thread that we can share all the great Christian books and authors that have really blessed us and challenged us in certain areas of our life.

My personal recommendations are;

For depression/despair/healing from abuse/spiritual bondage - Stormie Omartian - Biography and others.
Joyce Meyer - Beauty for Ashes and others
Dr John Lockley - Practical workbook for the depressed Christian

For sex/emotional bondage from sexual relationships and relationship advice - Paula Rinehart - Sex and the Soul of a woman

For God's blessings in our life/desires/dreams - Dare to Desire - John Eldredge.

Those are my main recommendations for now, ones that have really left an impact and been a blessing.

I would also suggest Neil Anderson's The Bondage Breaker and Victory Over the Darkness.
