Diagnosed with 4th stage cancer. Given maybe a year to live.
Doctors at Cleveland Clinic claim there's nothing that can be done.
I have a family with 3 children, and I need to keep working for their sake, however my will to keep going has been shattered.
I need prayer to keep me going.

Daniel I will be praying for you-My step-father was diagnosed in November to all of our shock. He was given weeks to 2 months. Here it is January and so far he is doing very well. Since then we have heard from so many people that were given a months to live and they have lived 10 years! Doctors are not God. You have no expiration date. I know someone with ALS that was given 18ms. and she still has good quality of life and it has been 8 years! Do not give up hope. I could die tomorrow. What is most important is that you make the best out of whatever time you have and come closer to God. God bless you Daniel-Thank you for coming to this site.

p.s. I hope you got a second opinion also-when my mother had a stroke the doctor told us she had a mass in her brain that was inoperable and when I told her to get a second opinion the other doctor said that wasn't a mass but her stroke sight healing. All that time we thought she was a ticking time bomb!

I will be Praying for you. You must draw your strength from God. Cast all your cares on Him. He will see you thru this period. There is nothing that God can't do. God's Healing touch is not impossible. Pray that God will Heal your body. God Bless you for asking us to Pray with you. ODIE

Daniel - I am holding you and your family close in my thoughts and prayers. I encourage you to continue to look to our Almighty Father for strength and guidance, and also take your fears and frustrations to our most Holy Mother. Daniel, My daughter too has a so-called "stage 4" recently diagnosed tumer. We claim each day in the name of Jesus and BELIEVE that she will be healed! I pray the same for you. Use the doctors eyes and hands, but remember his words are only words...Our LORD and savior is the real physician. Bruce

My mom has been a stage IV for ten years. I just posted here last week asking for prayers for an easy passage for her. Today she is feeling much better. My prayers are with you and everyone going through a life threatening illness.

Brother, I am a physician-in-training and I can attest that there are always exceptions. Medicine is based on what has occurred in the past, patterns of disease. There are individuals who have demonstrated these patterns and there are certainly those who do not. Do not lose faith. I hope you receive the best medical treatment, but hold fast to your faith and ask that God guide you. He is the only true healer.
