Every night, I am woke up by a spirit or someone praying for me. What happens is that I will be asleep and then something spiritually wakes me up. I can feel something come off of me as though my cover came off of me. Then it starts to kiss me and then I have no peace at all and cannot go back to sleep because it will start to penetrate me sexually. I am an abstinant Christian and have been all my life. I have no legal ground that I am giving it. It torments me through the day as well. It feels like a wicked evil person that is overstepping the privilege as a Christian and is not right with the Lord. There is no way this person can be saved for removing the blood of Jesus and my spiritual cover and then sexually torment me at night. When I fight it, it starts to strangle me. Please help.

Dear Friend, i have prayed on your behalf for wisdom first and foremost.

First you need not be afraid.

There are several things you should be doing, the first is finding godly people (women) who will be praying for you, it is best those who are local to you for accountability. Then you should go to a church where the presence of God is evident, and go to their prayer meetings especially. Reading scriptures is escential and praying - intensely engage in these activities. Pray over your house and your room, and try to see if you can invite godly women to come over to your place and pray with you and do a bible study there.

The demonic hold has come through some event .... try to think what opened the doors to it. Has anything bad happened to you in the past, or even do you know of any history with your parents, or grandparents? Is anything bad associated with the house in itself? Does this happen to you if you slept somewhere else? ... in otherwords try to pinpoint the root cause. Also, another thing to check is if you may have sinned in some way - sins can be known or unknown behaviours. Coveting, pride/lack of humility, self independence, unforgiveness, strong dislikes, envy, jealousy, lust of the eyes (having an obsession for beautiful material things), discord, dissention, contention, strong judgements, intense negative emotions, anger, strife, etc. Any one of these is enough to cause spiritual issues.

I will be Praying that God will deliver you from this demonic spirit. I sense that you are afraid to let anyone locally know about this problem you are having because you think they will judge you falsely. I agree with Land-of-Fire advice. You must seek help from your Church.

My wife had a similar problem. Her late husband died a terrible death in our home. He was an alcoholic and was demon posessed. After we were married she would have attacks from this black force when she would to the bathroom in the middle of the night. This force would throw her on the floor. She would even have these attacks in her sleep. It would leave when she would plead the Blood of Jesus. It never bothered me. We had enough one day and we annonited the doors and walls with oil and opened the door and we Prayed for that demon to go in the name of Jesus. We were never bothered again with it. I know that Prayer works.

Come to the assistance of men whom God has created to His likeness and whom He has redeemed at a great price from the tyranny of the devil. Holy Church venerates thee as her guardian and protector; to thee, the Lord has entrusted the souls of the redeemed to be led into heaven. Pray therefore the God of Peace to crush Satan beneath our feet, that he may no longer retain men captive and do injury to the Church. Offer our prayers to the Most High, that without delay they may draw His mercy down upon us; take hold of “the dragon, the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan”, bind him and cast him into the bottomless pit ... “that he may no longer seduce the nations” (Apoc. 20, 2-3).

My sister in Christ, I am praying for you. Please head the advice of the others before me and go to your Church for intervention. Satan may seem powerful as he visits you in the dark, but our Almighty Savior is the most powerful of all. I will continue to lift prayers in your honor.
