Rep Power: 0 | | prayer for my job situation, please I am so grateful to have a job, and I thank God for that always. But I have a boss who is so damaging to us that many of us have been getting sick from the stress of it. We've done everything we can to make the situation better, but we really believe he is evil and things just go from bad to worse. (The entire staff of 30+ people have even gone to our governing board of directors with our concerns and to ask for his removal, but they've dragged their feet for months now and they don't seem to care).
I'm a divorced mom of a 7 year old and my 80 year old mother lives with us. I have no choice but to stay at this job right now.... Please pray that things will get better for us soon. I can't afford to die from this stress and leave behind my daughter and mother who need me. And each day we all- at work- are so demoralized and sad.... all while we try to help people (we're a non-profit hospice). Please pray for us for better days ahead.
thank you and God bless you all. |

Rep Power: 1 | | I recently went through the very same situation. I had to change shifts at work to get away from it. My niece has said her huband is also going through this. I believe there is a very real attack from Satan trying to destroy all the freedoms that our government has given us in this country. It is unlawful to be harrassed on the job. It is so hard to understand how these people are getting by with it, but they are. I will agree with you in prayer that God will find you a window to climb out of this situation. In the meantime, let his "B" attitudes in Matthew help you to understand what will happen to people like him and maybe you could even find it in your heart to ask God to forgive him and save him. God Bless |

Rep Power: 1 | | Dear friend, i am very sorry to hear this and have lifted up in prayer this situation and this man.
This is becoming such a cliche in this generation ... but this is yet another case of spiritual warfare. It seems to me that this man is being controlled in the heavenlies by demonic powers that are pursuing him, and coupled with his sinful nature, the result you see.
I know you are an extremenly busy mom and daughter, but it would be nice if at your workplace a few willing would gather together to pray for this man and the work situation. This thing is so serious that i think it deserves the time for group prayer.

The way the economy is today, with prices at the grocers skyrocketing and forget about the "gas" situation. And you have the added stress of the boss from____. I was intrigued by your request because you have been through a lot of trauma...A L O T ! At least you are in good company and the co-workers feel the same oppression and humiliation as you. I have met individuals that are experiencing some of what you are, but all the employees are the oppressors and the boss turns a blind eye. You have both a 7yo daughter and an 80yo mom that depend on you so you have no choice. Be of good cheer. Our GOD will make a way, maybe not the one you have visualized in your mind, but in His time, He will make a way out for you. Father GOD, in Jesus mighty name, I stand with this Friend and we cry out to You for relief from this oppressive situation. Firstly, Father You are all knowing. We ask that You see the individuals that are causing this oppression to so many. We lift these people up to You, Father and ask that You would bless and prosper their business. We ask that You would send laboures to these oppressors to guide, teach and show them the path of righteousness and the road to eternal life. Grant them revelation and saving knowledge for their salvation and the salvation of their entire families. Bless and prosper them in Jesus name we pray. For our Sister, Father, grant her Your Peace. Insulate her heart and mind from the pain and weariness of this continuous oppression. If it be possible, Lord, change the oppressors to kinder and gentler leadership. We ask blessing and prosperity for this Sister and her family. Increase her wages and grant better benefits. We ask knowing that nothing is impossible if we belive. Be it unto us according to our faith and Your promises. Amen! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Thank you all so much for your prayers. I have sat here just crying with awe....so filled with the love and kindness you each have shown. Each day is a struggle for us at work, and there are many of us who pray together and separately for each other every day. It's the only way we can persevere. I thank God for each of you who have prayed for us and for the patients/families we serve. I can't tell you how moved I am by your kindness, validation, and encouragement. It has given me added strength to go on in what seems like a never ending battle. May our heavenly Father God bless each of you. Thank you thank you thank you. |

I can understand the frustration you feel at work. I go through a similar situation but my boss is not mean, just hard-headed. I will pray that things will get easier for you so that you will enjoy working and not taking things home to your family. God bless you.

Thank you thank you thank you. | One of the enemy's all time favourite weapons to use against us is oppression, depression, repression, all types of "streaming" assaults attacking you mentally, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. But we are STRONG because we STAND in the NAME of YWHW, Jehovah Shammah, El Shaddai, El Elyon, Jesus our Messiah, and the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Friend, there is NO battle against the GOD of existence. It hasn't caught up with you yet. This seems utterly impossible to do, but you CAN. Pray for the "oppressors"...for their families, for their prosperity, mostly for their SALVATION and that they would be found worthy to receive the greatest gift known to the human race: Eternal Life. Even if you don't want to, just go THROUGH the motions, first, and pretty soon, you will genuinely DESIRE these things for the "oppressors". You have my blessings because I know you will be able to do it. You sound like such a big hearted person that something like that would be a piece of cake for you. I love you in Christ, our Messiah. | |
