Red face Please pray for me to recover from anxiety & insomnia

Please pray for me. I would like to ask God to help me to recover from this terrible anxiety and insomnia I have been suffering from for the past few years. Please ask Him that He help me sleep soundly and feel peace and be able to recover from this mental and physical pain of chronic anxiety. And that I can stop this excessive worrying about not being able to sleep.

Lord I pray that You alleviate Lisa's insomnia and the anxiety that the insomnia is causing her. Lord let her be able to sleep peacefully when she so desires.

Exclamation My prayers for you Lisa.

Lisa I suffer from mild insomnia and anxiety as well, so I know how you feel. I will pray for you and me both, to fully recover from our problems, so we can both live in peace, without worry, fear, or anxiety. God Bless you and I send you my blessings.

-Jess

Lisa,
I know your pain, and I know our Lord is bigger than this. I have prayed specifically for you tonight. Sometimes it has helped me to repeat the words of a favorite verse or worship song to help me to focus on our savior. HE does not want us to worry and HE does want us to rest. Picture yourself in His loving arms. May you rest well today.

Your sister in Christ

As someone who also suffers from this I pray for you and I once again. Dear Heavenly Father we pray that you will allow us to go to sleep when we need to and to wake up when we need to. Please make whatever sleep we are able to get in the evenings sufficient to cause us to wake well rested and energized to take on the day ahead.

Default A prayer for us all!

Like the rest of you, I too have sleep problems. So I will say this prayer. Lord, help us to get the sleep we need to feel rested. Be with us as we go to bed. Slow down our thoughts at night that we might quietly fall into wonderful slumber. Lord I pray that you wrap us up in blankets of love, that we might feel as children in your arms. Sing to us oh lord, lullabis of peace and tranquility. Whisk away all our worries and stresses with a soft breeze. Protect us from the evil one, that his words do not penetrate our sleep, nor enter our dreams. Give us uninterupted deep sleep to rejuvenate our souls, hearts, spirits, bodies, and minds. Lord be with us when we wake. Start us off each day knowing you created it, and we should live it for you! May this prayer last for many nights and days. In the name of Jesus Christ, AMEN!

Arrow Continue to seek God for your healing

Hello Lisa,
I relate to what you are saying, and I am praying with and for you. Anxiety is a part of ungodly fear. II Tim 1:7 tells us that God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, of love and sound mind. Trust that He has you and everything that concerns you in His hands. Be of good courage. There are many scriptures in Pslams that exclaim that God is with us, the most popular of course is Pslam 23. The Lord is our Shepherd meaning that He provides comfort, guidance and provision for us. He is the Chief and Great Shepherd.
