Hello everyone, After reading through different posts throughout this forum I notice the vast array of problems that individuals are suffering; sickness, death and more...I pray for all of you, God Bless. Some of you may find my prayer request trivial, but for me it's very serious and emotionally draining. When I was 13, I began breaking out with Acne and now I am 20 and still plagued with aweful scars and acne all over my face. I am embarrased to leave the house without foundation and heavy make-up, it's taking a toll on my self-esteem and truly hindering my process of living because I am so scared to socialize or persue my dreams, because I always feel like others are staring at this physical problem... And they are. I have tried, accutane, every cream imaginable, laser treatments, chemical peels, more pills, everything! Nothing works, but I do have complete 100% faith that with the help of God and your prayers I can get rid of this problem. I have began a strict diet and I vow and believe that these scars and pimples will be gone in a month, that is all I ask. PLEASE PRAY FOR MY SKIN TO CLEAR, I AM SO DEPRESSED AND HAVE BEEN FOR MANY YEARS. PLEASE PRAY AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

Heavenly Father we come and lift up Lucy to You Lord PLEASE Heal her and guide her. Lord let her know that people that are true dont care about the outside Lord. Let Your love shine through her that ALL people see is the Love of the Lord in her. And make her feel that she is as beautiful as You see her Lord. Dear Heavenly Father, Please place your hand of healing upon Lucy. Pelase clear her face of the acne and scares that have plaqued her for so many years. Help her to find answers to her problems through you and your word. Please help her to know that you are always working in her favor. For this we pray in Jesus name. AMEN

Lucy Anna, Many times we can let things bring us down. This is not what the Lord would want for us. Sometimes we tell ourselves that when this, or that happens then I will be happy. *I recently went to a funeral of a 34 yr. old women. The preacher said the same thing I just said (above). He went on to say that the time to be happy is today. He said to quit putting it off.

I completely understand your problems with the acne, and the emotional toll it has. I have not had acne, but as a child I was so skinny that I was made to feel as if I was ugly, and to be honest I was a toothpick. It wasn't until later in life that I began to realize that part of the problem (of people teasing me) was how I viewed myself. I would give off vibes that I was not as pretty, or as good as others. It wasn't until later in life that I realized I was doing this. This understanding came with maturity, though, and a lot of unhappy years!!! I believe that part of the problem was me as, as I began to think more highly of myself, people began to treat me differently. Also, as the other people began to mature they realize that the inside of a person is so much more important than the outer appearance. Think about this... Would you rather be with someone who is handsome, but unloving, uncaring, and self centered; or someone who was not so handsome, and loving, caring etc.? My Grandmother used to say... Pretty is, as pretty does. There is a lot of truth to this!!!

I would like you to think about if you are contributing to the problem by the way that you act when you are out in the world? I am not putting you down in any way, as I can understand where you are coming from. I just want you to change the way you view the way that you look, and the way that you think everybody thinks of you because of the way that you think you look.

I would like you to try to go out, and instead of walking around thinking that people are not going to accept you, I want you to hold your head high, and look people in the eye, and smile as you walk by. Just see if they smile back, and treat you better. Then use this to start gaining a conficence about yourself. Try to act like this acne problem has no affect on you, even if you don't believe it! Heavenly Father, I pray that you began to do a work in this young ladies life. Encourage her to step out of her comfort zone, and begin to walk in happiness. Let her begin to realize that she holds the key to how people will view her!!! Let her begin to take notice of the sublimitable signs that she is giving people because of the lack of conficence in herself! Let her start a fresh new life as a result of these prayers for her! Give her the knowlege of... The time to be happy is today, not after her face clears up. The time to start is the moment she steps out the door!!! I pray blessing on this young ladies life, and I pray that you guide her in how to live happily, and productively!!! I pray that any negative responses from people, be known to her as it is not her fault, or not because of the way that she looks, but that she realize that this is the problem of the people she is encountering!!! Dear Lord Jesus, Heal Lucy from this acne. Clear her face totally. help her to mingle with people. She has many more years to go. Thank you and praise you Lord Jesus

Praise the Lord for all his goodness and mercy. In addition to prayer for you, I would like to recommend Oil of Oregano. I use it for mold allergies. My niece also has them and I gave it to her. She had acne all over her body as well. In one week her skin started clearing. When we realized that it was working for this, we opened the gelcaps and mixed it with a little olive oil and she put it directly on the sores on her face at night. She had had this problem for over 6 years. She is now 19 and uses it every day. I got so tickled when I ran out and asked her if I could get some from her. She said sure, It's in my room. I had to go through about 6 empty bottles before I found one that had some in it. The scars are no longer red and are reduced as well. Most days she doesn't even ware makeup. You can go on line and read all about it. It is not what we put on our food. I get it through VitaCost on line. It's Cheaper. I use Oregano Power. It is true that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and one must feel happy with themselves despite physical scars... I am trying to deal with this to the best of my ability day, by day, but I am determind to clear by skin fully despite it all. I think I owe it to myself! I am on a facial regimen and a healthy diet, but the biggest change and help is thanks to the grace of God being on my side!
