Dear Lucy Anne, I was just thinking of something, and maybe it means nothing, but one never knows!!!

***Do you think that your body is producing chemicals which contribute to, or directly cause this acne? And/or Do you think that your body produces more of the chemicals when your anxiety level rises. In other words your anxiety triggers more chemicals to be produced, and these chemicals cause the acne problem. Do you think that this can be happening?

***Have you ever heard that an animal can smell the fear of a humane, and sometimes will attack because of their fear. If this can be smelled by an animal, then why would it not be possible for this produced chemical to cause this acne!!! Anyways, it was just a thought. Maybe you should run this by your Dr.? Also you might try to practice calming yourself when you run into people, and you feel your anxiety level rising! If you could calm yourself by taking deep breaths, and thinking it is OK, maybe you would begin to see some improvments on your acne problem!!! Wouldn't it be something if the fear of the acne problem was the very thing which triggered the acne in the first place? I will keep praying for you! Sincerely, kweig!!!

I think your absolutely right Kweig, most causes of Acne are conclusive to the fact of stress. It is mind boggling what stress can do to the body, no? I have just began to meditate today and I feel a lot calmer, and I trust that my skin will not flair up so horribly as it did before. More so thatnacne, I have scars all over my cheeks
I understand that beauty is from the inside out, but this has been a problem I have gone through for several years and now I am just completely fed up. I have spent thousands of dollars on treatments and have recieved nil results, so I am at a loss of what to do. Hopefully meditation, dieting, and first and foremost, God will be on my side! I have been a lot calmer the last few days because I trust that there is someone greater than every possible treatment on Earth, and I know he will shine through. Gentle and gracious LORD, sometimes it seems that the beautiful quality of gentleness is a forgotten trait in our present age. Like meekness and self-control, it is a fruit of Your Holy Spirit, (Galatians 5:22), and we thank You that You are developing the attribute of gentleness in Lucy Anna's life.
