My dad is 54 years old n hasnt accepted christ. he believes that the bible was one big story writtin to keep to things in order. ive been saying little things to him about the lord but everytime i do it we get into arguments about it. ive been praying for him for awhile and i appreciate it if u guys cud pray with me.

Father GOD, the whole love letter of the Bible to us is to guide, lead, teach, mature, and show us how to be found worthy of Eternal Life to be with You forever when we find eternal sleep. It is our instruction manuel to guide us away from being lost from You forever and finding the path of righteousness leading to eternal life for You are our Light and Salvation; our Fountain of Life; our Light in the storms; the Light of the world. You are the lamp under our feet and the One who lights our path to Eternal Life. In Jesus name, we come with this Friend before your throne for her father who does not believe. Holy Spirit, help his unbelief. His daughter believes and her wish is for her dad also to come to know who You are. No human can change his mind, Father, so we ask You Holy Spirit to bring the TRUTH to Light in His life. It is not for us to know when and how You will perform this miracle in his life, Father, but we come in unity by our faith believing his salvation will come to pass, as You said, You wish for NO man to perish, but they should all come to know, honour, and love You. We know that if You could perform a miracle in Saul on the Road to Damascus, that this is nothing for You to perform. We thank You in advance for the miracle of salvation that is about to manifest in his life and we give You all the honour and the glory, in Jesus mighty name. Amen and Amen!

Dear Heavenly Father, please be with Jamrock as she yearns for her fathers salvation. Please touch her father's heart so that he will have a burning desire to know you. Please plant a seed in his heart that will grow. Please put him in the path of someone that can lead him to Christ. Please place a shield around him so that no one can enter except the people living for you. For this we pray in Jesus name. AMEN

You, Righteous Father, are more powerful than all the influences of the 'father of lies', the accuser of the brethren. - Therefore, please expose and dispel all lies this Dad has heard and believed from the father of lies, and false philosophies of this world.
By the wooing of Your Holy Spirit direct this Dad's heart and soul to Your Light of Truth that dispells all darkness, myths, deceptions, false philosophies, worldly ideas. Please bring this Dad to the wisdom of the just, surround him with your heavenly hosts to do battle for his soul and spirit, until his understanding is enlightened and his faith is increased to receive Salvation, receive from You, Your Great Love for him through Your sacrifice - the torture, crucifixion, death, and resurrection of Your only begotten SON, the SON of Your Love, Yahshua ha Moshiach.

Dear Jamrock, I pray that you are going to be the light for your Father that he needs to get saved!!! Many times we pray, and pray, but seem to get nowhere. (Especially salvation!) Sometimes, it can take a long while to accomplish this. Don't ever give up on him, as your vigelence will pay off!

I guess if it were me, I would say... That's fine if you believe that way Dad, but what if i'm right, and your wrong? Are you going to be OK with living in hell, and for eternity? Everytime he starts to fight when you try to witness to him... Tell him that you don't want to fight. Say that you are just concerned about his soul, and where he will spend eternity. Then say that this was all that you wanted to say. Then just stop talking about it.

It sounds like the Lord is dealing with your Father, and he is being convicted of what you are saying to him. As it makes no sense to get angry about it, unless you are being convicted!!! If a person just had strong views of their view point, they would just keep telling you their view without any anger being involved! This is why I believe the Lord is dealing with him!!!
Usually if something doesn't make sence it is probably not true!!! It does not make since for him to get angry with you, just because he has a different view point than you. It does make since that your father is being convicted for the view point that he does have! I believe that he is running from God, and you are not helping him!!!

Heavenly Father I hold up this Son to you in prayer. I pray that he is given the words to say to his Father that might make a difference. Praise your name that you have a faithful servant who is trying to do your will!!! I pray for this Father with stubborness. I pray that the devil release his grasp on him. I pray that the devil flea from him, because of the presence of God (which can be found in this son). I pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen!!!
