My only desire was that I and my husband should serve the Lord together in some small way, but it turned out abusive. He is deep routed in sin and worldly lusts. It hurts to see what sin is doing in his life. The more i pray, the things get worse. I am losing my strength. But my eyes are on the lord and know only he can help.I just dont know why i still keep pleading for this one soul. It seems more like a spiritual battle. Pls pray that i should not give up as well. Pray for us

Dear Heavenly Father, Please be with this family. Help them both to turn to you for answers to their problems. Please help the wife be a Godly example to her husband. Please lead her to whatever she needs to show her husband how you can work in someones life and make it better. Please guide her husband to you so that he can know the joys of living for you. You've said: The more I pray, the worse it gets. The devil will start to work O.T. when someone is trying to make headway for the Lord! Have you heard the saying: It gets darkest before the dawn. There is an underlying truth to that called the devil. He wants to discourage us. He wants to wear us down. He wants to steal our joy. Don't let this happen!!!

Heavenly Father we pray for your provisions for this wife. Provide her with the strength to carry on the fight for her husband. Let her be his light in this husbands darkness!!! I pray that you bring about change in this husband. Wear him down, so that he has know where to turn, but to you. I pray that you see this couple through their troubles, and bring them out of this valley in their lives!
