Thank you all so much for your prayers....I talked with him last night and he is still in rehab but is getting to the point where all the prior drugs are wearing off (I assume) and he wants to leave treatment...Keep praying..May God bless each and every one of you!

It's good to know that God has placed angels in my life like you all.

Dear God, please be with this lady and save her husband from anything wrong. Please God, stop her husband from going to another woman, and please show her husband the right direction. Amen.

Heavenly Father, be with this husband with a drug problem. Help him to stay in rehab. Let this wife be the strong one of the two. Guide her in what to do, should her husband leave the rehab. I pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen!!!

Have you ever watched the tv program (I believe it's called Intervention)? It shows people who have addictions, and gets the families involved in getting them to go to a recovery program? I would suggest that you watch it! I believe it is on the channel called: A&E. I believe that this could be very helpful to you. This is in the case your husband does decides to leave rehab!!! As if your husband leaves rehab, he has very little chance of staying clean!!! My thoughts, and prayers go out to you!! Sincerely, kweig!!!

I have seen it...and it's one of my favorite shows. Thank you Kweig and everyone else for your prayers. He stayed last night...one day at a time. His counselor let him call me today and he seemed better. It's just worse on him at night.....Keep praying and I pray that God blesses each and every one of you.

Dear Looking2God, Please forward to your husband, all the prayers that are being prayed for him on this website. I pray that him knowing of all the people that are pulling for him, would be of some help to him!!! I really pray that he sticks it out, and gets some time under his belt before returning home. He will need this, in order to stay clean. If it comes down to him insisting on quitting this rehab program, you may want to consider telling him that he will not be able to stay with you. Maybe this will be enough to keep him in it? I do believe under certain circumstances that you have to pull out all his support lines to get his attention. One only does this under very difficult circumstances, and I do believe this is one of them!!! Have you ever thought of going to a support group to get support for what you are going through? You may want to consider this! Many times we focus on the person with the huge problem, and we fail to address everyone else's issues which are a result of the "trickle down effect". I am also concerned about your welfare, and how you are doing through all of this!!!

My prayer for this family... Praise your Holy Name that this husband has chosen to stick it out in rehab. Continue giving him the strength to fight this nasty habit!!! Guide all the medical providers who are helping him with this addiction. Help them to carry out the treatment plan which will help him be an overcomer!!! Give this wife the words to speak to her husband concerning his decision to stay, or leave rehab as this becomes an issue! Let her husband realize that she is doing, and saying things out of love for him! Give her the strength to do what she has to do to help her husband! Let her stand strong in the face of trouble! Let her be her husbands light at the end of the tunnel. Let your love shine through her!!! I pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen!!!

Dear Lord, please be with her husband to recover completely from drug addiction. He has a loving family to tend. I pray that the other woman may go away from his life. He may stay united with his family. Thank you and praise you Lord Jesus

Lord we lift this man up to You again and ask that You PLEASE be with him and show him that there are better things out there for this man Lord. Thank you so much! I haven't been able to get on for a few days, but wanted to give an update. Hubby has been doing real good in rehab and is talking like i've never heard him talk before. He is saying he has had powerful prayer sessions (between him and God), he's been reading his bible and he is looking for God to get him through this. He is REALLY homesick...he called me earlier today and is ready to come home. I convinced him to stay "one more day", as they are going to discharge him probably Friday....PLEASE pray that he doesn't give up. I am praying that he has the peace of mind to finish treatment and that God will show him the direction he wants him to go. I pray that God gives him strength and wisdom to know and realize his family is going to be here waiting on him, whether it's today, Friday, or Monday...God knows when he is able to be released, not us. I am not sure how to pray that someone isn't home sick, because I believe that is his main problem right now. Treatment isn't bothering him. He just wants to be home with us. Thank you again, guys for your prayers. I'm feeling them and seeing them throug him.

And I praise God that he has made it this far in treatment...a few more days and he'll be home where he belongs....!
