My wife of 11 years and I are having problems. We let sin tear down our marriage. We were happy but immorality,drugs,and alcohol got the better of us. She left 5 days ago but still visits me daily. I don't believe it is in God's plan for us to divorce or be apart. We both come from a Christian background and I would like to ask that you pray for her return to both me and our Lord Jesus Christ. I have been praying and fasting myself that he would touch her heart and bring her back home. I also pray for his forgiveness and thank him for getting my attention even if my wife leaving wasn't exactly the way I would have preferred. I ask that you pray that we are made whole again and our marriage not only stays together but thrives and that Jesus will let his grace be upon us. I know how strong the power of prayer can be. She says she still loves me but isn't in love with me if you can find time to pray for us I would be ever grateful. Dear Heavenly Father, Please place your hand on Jonathan and Angela. Guide them both back to you. Help them both to see that the only way to true happiness is by putting you first in their lives and letting go and letting you take control. Please wrap a shield around them so that the evils of this world cannot break through. Please soften Angela's heart that she will see that the answers to all problems is through you and your word. Yes you are right, that the Lord is a miracle working God, and we can do all things through Christ our Lord! The Bible says that when you become a Christian that you are to turn from your wicked ways, and follow him. If you are really sick, and tired, of being sick and tired; you will do whatever it takes to get back where you should be with the Lord!!! I believe the Lord can help you, and take care of this prayer request. The question is, are you ready to hold up your end of the bargain? I am not holier than thou, as i've been right where you are today!!! I am just trying to shake it up so that you are very serious about God, and the road that your on. It's up to you where do you want to go? How are you going to get there? God has been waiting on you! Are you ready to make a full life long committment? The Bible says that if you neither hot nor cold that he will spew you out of his mouth. There are a lot of people who are luke warm, to very warm, and they are not going to make heaven. Heavenly Father, in Jesus mighty name we come boldly before Your throne with this petition: Let it be unto Jonathan and Angela according to their faith. "Whosover calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Jonathan, GOD loves us so much that we do not have the capacity to begin to know that kind of love because human love seems tainted and corrupt compared to His, but that is why Jesus willingly laid down His life on the cross to redeem us from our sins. When you repent from your old lifestyle and confess to GOD that you now see the error of your ways, He is faithful and just to quickly forgive. You are more right than you can imagine. There is no known force in existence today or forever that is greater than "prayer" and no entity can come against the "name" of Jesus Christ of Nazareth without being brought to nothing. You weild formidable power when you live in and through Jesus Christ, our Deliverer and Saviour. If you believe this Jonathan, you marriage is going to flourish far more blessed than and stronger than even you have asked GOD for. I believe this for you, Jonathan and Angela. I believe it because nothing can overule the will and power of GOD. Even satan shakes in his boots when he "hears" HIS name. Be at PEACE and believe that all is well and in GOD's safe keeping.
