I have never really been religious and when a friend asked me to pray for him I figured I needed to ask for help. His name is Chris Seals and he is currently in jail after hitting bottom due to drugs. He knows he needs to better himself but he needs help and support. Please pray that he has the strength to make it through the courts decision. We would realy like to see him out but it is up to God and he just needs to be able to make it through each passing day. Dear April, maybe this was God's way of bringing you to this website to ask for prayer. Could it be possible that through this, that you might find salvation? If you do not find God now, maybe later on if life gets tough this will be the seed planted in your mind, and you will know where to turn? I am praying that this will be an eye opening experience for you, that you need salvation! If not now, maybe later on down the line?

***Heavenly Father we hold up Chris in prayer to you. Sometimes when we go off track, from what you would have us be, we get ourselves into pickles. But, your word says that we can call out your name, repent of our sins, and you will forgive us. I pray that you comfort Chris in his times of troubles. Lord this friend of Chris's, who does not even know you, has came to this site asking for prayer for his friend. Chris realizes that he is off track with you. He is reaching out for support, in the way of prayers! He knows that he needs to better himself, and this is the first step in recovery, is admitting that you have a problem. He has admitted this, and this is a good thing. I pray that this not just be a fleeting moment in his life. I pray that he takes his troubles very seriously. I pray that he makes permanent changes in his life. I pray for him to seek you will all his heart, and he will find you. In Matthew 6:33 it tells us: "Seek ye first the Kingdom of GOD and His righteousness and ALL these things shall be added unto you." Everything in life that can be imagined in a human mind is orchestrated by GOD Himself. We have been created by GOD for His pleasure and His purpose. All humans have a plan and purpose for their lives and our responsibility is to seek out those answers by reading about Who GOD is and what His plan is for our lives in our bible. It isn't surprising that GOD will get our attention by allowing us to fall by the snare of our enemy (and His), satan. Because it is then and only then that we call on GOD for help. Unfortunately, scores of people use GOD and when thye get what they want, they revert back to the "old" habits and lifestyles that got them in trouble to begin with. So when we pray for your Friend, let's pray for a "permanent" change in his life choices; his "lifestyle" if you will. Heavenlt Father, In Jesus mighty name, we come on behalf of this Requestor and her Friend who is in jail as we speak. Holy Spirit, we petition You to create a divine interruption into both of their lives. Make their blind eyes to see and their ears to hear the TRUTH in who they both are IN and THROUGH You, Father, and what Your purpose is for their lives here on earth. Grant them revelation and saving knowledge and create a consuming fire inside of them to seek after You and Your ways. Use them both as mighty Warriors in Your Kingdom to guide and lead the lost and desolate back to the path of righteousness leading to Eternal Life with You, Father. We ask these things of You, Father, because Your Word says, "I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me" and "All things are possible when we believe"....Be it unto us according to our faith and Your promises, Father. We thank You and give you glory and honour for what You are about to do for them both.

Lord we know that You sent April here for a reason and even if it was for Prayer for Chris Lord we are believeing that you also wanted to work on her. Lord may Chris find the Peace and Strength He needs but ALSO Please let April See WHAT GREAT and AWSOME things YOU DO. Lord PLEASE be with Chris during this time. Give him the comfort that he needs and show him the right way to go. I want to thank everyone who has replied already. It is really appreciated by both Chris and myself. I have read him the replies (during our 15 minute collect calls from jail) and he actually cried because you took time out of your day to give him (someone you don't even know) words of encouragement and make him feel like there is a chance for him. We have also spoken about how maybe this was God's way of showing us that he really is there for us even though we messed up. Thankyou again for your words. Chris wants me to print them out and send them to him in jail so he can read them whenever he feels down. I see how God's words and your acts of kindness bring such happiness and hope to him it has made me seriously want to bring God into my life. Thankyou.

Heavenly Father we want TO PRAISE YOUR NAME!!!! Oh Lord You are SO GREAT. We want to again Thank You Lord for bringing this site to April and Chris so that they can see What a GREAT God You are and how You can help them in this time. God You are the BEST THING that has EVER Happened to Me and I am PRAYING that April and Chris will testify the same thing!!! In Jesus Name we Pray Amen and Amen!!!!
~April we are so happy that you can to this site. The Lord is GREAT and He does GREAT Things for us!!! You & Chris just needs to open up and talk to the Lord just like he is sitting right next to you and you both will feel Gods GRACE come over you. You can open up and talk about things other people dont understand and God does and He listens to EVERYTHING we have to say. God is just so GREAT and He wants us to just talk like we would to eachother. I hope you and Chris find out just how much Jesus Loves You both and wants you both to come to Him. Lord Jesus, our shepherd, isn't it true that You will leave all Your sheep to find the one lost sheep? And when You have found it, You would rejoice for that? Dear Lord, please use Your power to guide this lost sheep Chris. Grant him faith and strength so that he will surive this ordeal. Open his eyes to You and protect him from this challange that he faces so that he will be free to do Your will on earth. Lord Jesus You are holy indeed, and You consider Chris Your precious sheep just like we consider him a precious fellow brother. We have faith in You and we praise Your name forever and ever.

Dear Heavenly Father, Please be with Chris as he deals with this awful addiction. Please place your hand of healing on him that he may be rid of his addiction and use his experience as a witness to others. God Bless the one asking for prayer. Help her to have a burning desire to know you and to find Godly people in her life. For this we pray in Jesus name. AMEN
