I started a new job on November 19, 2007 and I am always insecure when I start a new job.......The moment I start to get confident that I am doing well....I feel that I make another mistake. I want to get more confident in the position and confident that I will be a success here.

what is it exactly you do? why do you feel like your making mistakes is some one telling you your doing something wrong or is it an assumtion. You just need to stay positive and stay focused confidence is a good thing just dont let get past you...godbless...music is love

How you perform at work, or when working toward something, means something to those who've hired you. Produce resutls for them. I believe a positive attitude and willingness to adapt and change as well as how well you adapt to chage means a trememdous amount. If you say you're going to do something then follow through. There are talkers and producers. I would suggest you produce results and be a good listener. Also, leave any personal matters at home. Drama isn't good karma. Keep your chin up and everything else should fall in to place for you. Blessings for your new work. We'll be praying.

Hi, I just wanted to welcome you, and also agree with Admin, on his response to you as well. Drama is something you do have to leave at home, because it can cause problems in that area. I believe you will do well and in time you will know more, and feel more comfortable with what you are doing. I pray for success with your new job, and everything else in your life.
