For the man on the corner...

Please pray with me for the gentleman on the corner, standing in 3 feet of snow, with a sign reading: "Familyman, will work for food or diapers".

Our kind heavenly Father,

My heart is heavy in despair,

Help me to help those who cannot help themselves,

Be with that man on the street and his family,

Help them get through this troubling time, to grow and prosper.

My heart is breaking for them right now.

Please let someone who is able, bless this family

with supplies to get through the day.

Be with them Lord, because at the end of the day,

It is your spirit that they need.

Help them to not lose faith in all that is important,

And allow them to see that this is just an obstacle, a grain of sand,

That will make them stronger and closer to you, Lord.

Help each and every one of us to do your work,

To follow the path you have set forth for us,

and to bless others with your light.

For those who may question their faith in the trials they face,

Help them to remain strong and know it all happens for a reason.

Be with our friends and families,

Keep them healthy and safe, at work and at play.

Grant everyone the power to do the best they are able.

Lord, I know you hear all prayers,

And I know you have your reasons for leaving some unanswered,

But, please, help those who are struggling to keep families together,

Make ends meet, who have fallen on ill health,

and those who need your light to keep carrying on.

Bless us Lord with your presence.

In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

Father GOD, in Jesus name,
We stand in the gap for the man on the corner and his family. You are a GOD WHO sees, hears, knows, and understands all things. Jesus said that whatever I loose on earth is loosed in heaven, therefore, I loose the financial resources to the man on the corner so that he is able to support himself and his family. In Jesus Mighty Name, I call this money in so that their basic needs are met and that thier baby can have food and clothes to stay warm. Father, You are the Source of their supply and we pray that You would give them MORE THAN ENOUGH to pay their bills and to have a safe place to stay. Through Christ Jesus, You supply all of our needs according to Your riches in glory. On the authority of Your Word, I bind EVERY force that has set itself against the financial prosperity of the man on the corner. I declare ALL curses against him null, void, and harmless! He has been REDEEMED from the curse of poverty! He is FREE from oppression! I now loose the abundance of GOD, and ALL that rightfully belongs to the man on the corner, now comes to him under GRACE in a perfect way. Thank you, Father, for Your mercy, grace, and love. Let ALL be for Your glory and honour. Be it unto us according to our faith. Friend, thank you for bringing the man on the corner's needs to us. We are standing in faith for him and his family.

I do ask the Heavenly Father to bless "the man on the corner" with financial wealth and more importantly his spiritual wealth. Amen

Hope, I just read your post for the Man on the Corner. Remember, Hope. It's not so much what a person is saying as what's in their heart. Obviously you have a very caring and BIG heart. The more you come on and share you prayers, the more confident you become because you know that everyone that calls on us, needs us to just stand along with them before GOD. Keep up the great work. I'm sure GOD is smiling right now.

Good Afternoon, Friend.
Today, I made sure to remember the Man on The Corner at my church service this morning. Our GOD answers the cries of His people. GOD has given us a future and a hope. His eternal Covenant is for all who call on His name. Expect a miracle for him and his family. Remember; "The effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." We have been (through the BLOOD of Jesus) declared righteous before our GOD. Remain vigilant in your prayers for the Man on the Corner as I will. All our love in Christ our King.
