Rep Power: 2 | | M A R K E B G A L A T I O N S 2: 20 "I have been crucified WITH Christ; It is no longer I who live, but Christ in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by FAITH in the Son of GOD Who loved me and gave Himself for me." R E V E R E N D B I L L Y G R A H A M GOD' Love Letter GOD wants to speak to you through His Word, and no matter who you are, the bible can come alive to you. You can never understand everything in the bible, but you can understand something. Bible reading shouldn't be a burden, but a joy. I vividly remember the day I received Ruth's letter saying that she decided to accept my proposal for marriage. I probably read and reread it dozens of times that day! GOD wants to talk with us through HIS Word-in fact, it is His "love letter" to us. Why shouldn't we come to it joyfully? But let the Psalmist's prayer become yours: "Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in Your law." J O H N 4 : 23 "The hour is coming, and now is, when the TRUE worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him." Friend, Forgiveness is not a one way street. The bible says: "Blessed is the man that can overlook any offense." I am sharing this with you, Brother, because if we identify ourselves as belonging to Christ, we have made a clear decision to FORGIVE all offenses. The root of all bitterness stems from unforgiveness and that is why "pride" is considered to be one of the "worst" of sins. Pride is what caused Lucifer to be thrown out of heaven by the Warrior Archangel "MICHAEL". Pride is very tenacious and unforgiving...it wants control, power, to manipulate and bend things/people, while simultaneously denying it and putting sole blame on everything/one around them. The bible clearly states that we are to turn the other cheek and on top of that, forgive. Is this difficult? Absolutely! Especially when we perceive ourselves to be the offended party. But wasn't it Jesus, Himself, Who said, "If you desire to follow after ME, take up your CROSS and follow..." I just wanted to give you something to think about concerning a "GENUINE" walk with Christ. It is not an easy walk. |

I continue to get comfort from your posting. Thanks for caring for all and continue to keep me in your prayers as well as my wife Rosemary. God Bless You Mark | II C O R I N T H I A N S (1:3-4) "Blessed be the GOD and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and GOD of all comfort, who comforts us all in all our tribulations." The Depth of GOD's Love I still recall how stunned I felt when the news came that one of my closest friends in high school had been shot down in a fighter plane over Germany. I've come to realize that recovering from grief is not a "single" event, but a process. Just as our bodies heal only gradually after major surgery, so too do our hearts after the death of someone we loved. (Psalm 55 : 22) "Cast your burden on the Lord and He shall sustain you", the Psalmist wrote. Notice he said ALL not "some" of your burden. Your grief over the loss (or death) of someone you loved may be the biggest burden you will ever carry. Why not turn it over to GOD? We will only do this when we realize 2 great truths: The depth of our weakness and the depth of GOD's love for us. Don't try to carry your grief alone. Instead, turn to your Heavenly Father and ask Him to lift it from your shoulders-slowly but surely, He will. Rev. Billy Graham Heavenly Father, if it be Your will, repair and restore the damage the enemy as inflicted on this marriage. Heal this couple and strengthen their marriage. Holy Spirit, create a heart of flesh to replace her heart of stone and grant supernatural wisdom that she can reassess all the circumstances and return back to her husband with a"forgiving" heart. We ask all in Your name and for Your glory. Thank You, Father. |

| | | I Am Grateful Ephesians 2:4-7/ But GOD's mercy is great and He loved us very much. Although we are spiritaully dead because of the things we did against GOD, He gave us new life with Christ. We have been saved by GOD's grace and He raised us up with Christ and gave us a seat with Him in the heavens. He did this for those in Christ Jesus so that for all future time He could show the very great riches of His grace by being kind to us in Jesus Christ.
I am grateful that I, a sinner, who have systematically and methodically placed people, places, and things before GOD, the Creator of all those things, ahead of GOD. I have come to Him frequently when I need Him to console me for this and for that and for So and So who decided to walk out on me...me! Don't they know how special I am? Or is it ME who thinks I am so special? I have defied GOD, turned my back on Him, ignored Him when I was with some guy I really liked a lot, but then I came running back to Him like a mega track star when I felt the sting of betrayal, of rejection, of loneliness, of depression and oppression. I came swiftly running back when I felt so sory for my own pain and my own circumstances. Oh GOD, please forgive me for thinking that I am the greatest thing that was ever created and that the universe revolves around me. Please forgive me and let me come on home. Help me to find my rest, peace, joy...my home..in You, Father. Thank You for forgiving me when I am not so forgiving, for taking me back over and over again, when I wouldn't be so gracious, for loving me unconditionally when I don't love except when I feel like it, for not smiling to the one person in my day is begging for one person to smile so that it can make her day...forgive me, Father for thinking I am more special than You are. Forgive me and help me to be more like You. |

Rep Power: 0 | | " Lord, You alone are my guide, my companion, my strength, and my life. I need no other to fulfill my expectations, for all my hopes and expectations are in You. Show me what You want me to see. I refuse to allow disappointment to color my mind and emotions and outlook. I put You in charge of every detail of my life, even the pain I feel in my heart. Use it to perfect me and bring glory to You. Thank You for Your endless goodness toward me. I lift my hands to You, and I trust that the light I have is sufficient for what I face this day and this moment. " (Jess's original post Surviving Disapointment)
( Psalm 22:5 )
Best advice anyone could follow. Mark |

Spring is coming a time for new growth and the resurrection of our Lord remembered at Easter and the Good News. | Mark, Jess is one of the "moderators" on this site and has a few more responsibilities than most of us here. She does a lot for the site behind the scenes and also contributes heavily to those of us, Intercessors and visitors, in prayer and words to help us go through the dry seasons we are experiencing. She is most likely, doing something to enhance the site for those calling on all of us for spiritual help in dire situations. In any event, she does an awful lot and takes it seriously. I am confident that she will be back in a little bit. She just went through some attacks from the enemy which I personally think, is the enemy's attempt to keep her mouth shut because she has helped one person after another with her blogs and personal life stories. The enemy does not like that and will do anything to put it to a stop. I would like to request that you pray for Jess along with the rest of the Intercessors. Thanks, Mark. Christain737 | |
