Hello praying family

, I was talking with a friend today, and we were discussing how bad it is to constantly worry about things, and be stressed out all the time; and also of what we can do to avoid these negative feelings. First, I learned that worry and stress, can cause you to become phycially sick, and not feel good. Negativity brings these upon us, so it is very important that we work hard, remain strong, and stay positive. I am not saying it is easy to stay positive, especially when things are not going the way we wish, but try to think of happy things, or even listen to music that makes you feel good. Do things that take your mind off of the bad, and you will feel much better, I promise you.
Second, I was thinking about how bad it feels to have a "headache", and how it can ruin your day and just make you feel bad, and what you can do to help it go away. I know there is "Tylonal" and prescriptions, for this type of pain, but believe it or not, drinking "Gatorade" when you have a headache, can help very much. Gatorade contains many essential Fluids, Electrolytes, and Carbohydrates, that really work in getting rid of a migrane or headache. I tested it today, when I got home, and it really worked, so give it a try next time your head is hurting.
Well last but not least, I just wanted to share this information with you all, even if you may already be aware of these things. I hope this can help anyone facing any of these problems, and I will continue to post any valuable information, that can be of assistance to each person here.
