Does anyone feel like they've put on holiday weight?

Talking ~Food is Great~

I have to say I may have put on some weight.... on Christmas day! I had so much to eat that day, I don't know how I even drove home. Well, when all the family is together, during the holidays, is usually when I eat the most; because there is so much cooking and different foods available. I love good food, and I am sure everyone can agree with that. The problem with eating "really good" food, is that you don't want to stop eating, even when you are so full! People need to stop making such good tasting food, so maybe then I wouldn't want to eat as much, just a joke- I honestly have been told I could "gain a few pounds", but I believe I am fine the way I am. I eat healthy, for the most part, and I don't think I look sickly skinny. I have always been around the same weight. I want to tell everyone here, be happy with yourself, no matter how you look, because you are a gift from God. We were all meant to look different and be ourselves. Be happy with who you are! God Bless you all, and I would love to hear everyone's words, sending my blessings-

-Jess
