This is an easy and good appetizer to make for the Holiday. All you need is the following:
*One pound of Ham, sliced however you prefer, but not too thin, so it can be rolled up.
*Four Green Onions- Chopped up or sliced, making sure to leave some green, for color.
*Half a Pound of Cream Cheese.
*Salt and Pepper

Mix Cream Cheese with Green Onions, and then add some salt and pepper to the mixture, for flavor. After this, just spread the mixture onto the Ham slices.
Roll them up and cut into three to four pieces, cutting off ends. To hold them together, stick a toothpick in each one after you are done. ( Red and Green Toothpicks are cute for Christmas )
