how do I pray for fogiveness?

I,m not very good at praying! it,s something I havent had much practice. is asking forgiveness and talking to god enough? what specific thing do I need to do to have him hear me as being sincere? I am in need of his help,

Father in heaven, thank You for sending your Son, Jesus, to die on the cross for me, and for His blood that was shed to redeem me and to cleanse me from my sins.
Father in heaven, You commended Your love toward me, in that, while I was yet a sinner, Jesus died for me. It is true that I have sinned against You in many ways and fallen far short of Your glory. The wages of sin is death, but I don't want that death, Merciful Father. Instead, I want the gift of eternal life in Christ Jesus.
Lord, I am sorry and I repent of my sins. Forgive me. By repentance I understand that I must allow You to change the course of my life. I now turn to You, and go in the opposite direction from the way of sin and I determine in my heart to follow You.
I invite You to become the Lord of my life from this point forward, forever. Jesus, I now receive You as my Savior and Lord. I believe in my heart that You have been raised from the dead. Therefore I am saved, and I belong to You. I believe You have cleansed me from all sin by Your precious blood. I am now in Christ. I am a new creature. The old things have passed away. All things have become new. I am a child of God.
Thank You, Lord, amen

I Pray that you ask God to forgive you for all your sins is the first step. All of our sins must be put under the Blood of Jesus. Repentance will bring you a cleansing. Then ask God to Forgive you of those things. As God Forgives you, then you must Forgive yourself for those things. Don't allow yourself to hold on to them after you give them to God. Once you give them to God they are forgotten. My Pray is that this helps you become an overcomer. God Bless you. ODIE

Father for give all my sin--thank you, now hear my prayer--forgive me all my sin and be with me, that I sin no more. Thank you

Friend, Hello.
As short as your letter was, I can be truthful and tell you that if your message MOVED my spirit, it had to move GOD. In GOD's eyes, Dear Friend, praying is praying. The definition of praying IS..."talking to GOD." Indeed, talking to GOD and asking forgiveness is a monumental FIRST step. GOD has heard you say that you need His help. Continue to talk with Him and read your bible. If you don't have one, the church will give you one free. Talk to a Pastor in your nearby church about what you can do to get to know GOD better. He can be a guidance counsellor to help you along the way (or "she") Father GOD, in Jesus name, This Friend desires in his heart to KNOW You. He needs Your help, Father. You are Jehovah Shammah; reveal Your Presence to him in a personal way. Because You are a GOD Who sees, hears, knows and understands ALL things, we ask that You send an answer to his needs...let Your perfect will be done for this Friend. Holy Spirit, create a fire in his bones that compells him to chase after You and know You. Send Your angels to minister to his needs and guide him to the path of righteousness leading to Eternal Life. GOD's Peace be with you, Friend. I've pondered this question myself alot lately, but what I have learned is that if one truly opens their heart to Jesus, he will hear you. I personally talk to him and just tell him what I feel I need forgivenes for and how I would like him to help me. Hope this helps. Be blessed.

Just bow on your knees before GOD and ask. You will and are forgiven.
