Dear Lord, Please forgive me for the sins of lust and masterbation. I took my eyes off you and looked to my flesh for gratification. I'm very very very sorry. I thank you that the blood of Jesus washes me continually and that there is no more condenmation for me because I am in Christ Jesus. Thank you Lord that I am loved and accepted by you because of what Jesus Christ did for me on the cross. Your word says you will remember my sin no more. Thank you Lord that I was chosen before I was born and precious in your sight. Help me to keep my eyes focused on cross. My spirit is very willing but my flesh is weak and that why I need your help on a minute by minute basis because I cannot do it without you. I need your help Lord to resist temptation and fix my eyes on you. Thank you God! Thank you God that you provided this forum where I can pour out my heart at times like this when I am weak and works fail me. Thank you Lord for your grace and mercy.
