Forgiveness for Sins

I pray that God, in His goodness, will forgive me for my sins - past and present - so that I may live my life more in His likeness. I have held hurt feelings against my husband, a wonderfully giving man, for things he has done to me and for things unrelated to him. I pray that he knows how complete he makes me feel in our relationship, and especially pray that he knows how much love I have for him.

I pray that we can come together as a couple living for the Lord. And, finally, I pray that I can follow Christ in the hopes of becoming the best version of me that God knows I can be. I ask for His love and forgiveness for all my shortcomings and downfalls.

God has answered your prayer for forgiveness. He ALWAYS forgives, and it is easy for him to forgive. Mankind measures sin. All sins are equal in Gods eyes. You, beloved child of God, must learn now to forgive yourself. I do pray for you. I pray that you and your husband can find a good church and get fellowship. I pray that you read the bible together, and pray together. If the two of you work on your relationship with the Lord together first, you will see that the relationship in your marriage will grow with it. Make sure you two focus on the Lord first... Be strong for eachother. When one of fall, let the other be strong in love, patience, and prayer. Try not to get mad at eachother, and try not to be selfish to your own needs. It takes one to act first. Give the rest to God, and he will do the rest for you.

p.s. I would also look into Couples bible studies, so you and your husband can have fellowship together.

Father, Hear this Prayer for Forgiveness. She is seeking a touch from you. Lord, I Pray that she will forgive her self and forget this past problem she has. Let the Peace of God give her Comfort in her life. Also give her husband a special LOVE in his heart for her. I Pray that she lets go of the past and presses forward toward the mark of the high call you have in her life. God Bless her for asking us to Pray with her. ODIE

Thank You, LORD, for searching mh1029's heart and for understanding the thoughts of mh1029's imagination. As mh1029 seeks You with all her heart, she finds You,
(1 Chron. 28:9) and You enable her to bring every thought into captivity to obey You. (Proverbs 16:3)

Your Word is a discerner of mh1029's thoughts and the intents of her heart.
(Hebrews 4:12)

Thank You, LORD, for renewing mh1029's mind through Your Word. Thank You LORD, for the renewing process that is taking place in the spirit of mh1029, and mind, as she puts on the new man, which after GOD is created in righteousness and true holiness. LORD, impart determination to mh1029, to set her mind on things that are true, honest, pure, lovely, of good report; on things that are excellent and praiseworthy. Help her to think on these things, knowing Your peace will be with her. (Philippians 4:8) Amen and Amen

You are faithful, Friend. Faith simply is having the courage and humility to tell all that is in your heart (confess) and asking forgiveness. It is simply coming to CHrist with our "helplessness". Clearly, these are expressed from your heart in this post. If I were your husband, I would LOVE it if you told me what you just shared here with us. GOD honours the wife's prayer for her husband, ESPECIALLY when it has to do with His glory and honour. Father, in Jesus name, use both this man and wife for Your glory and Kingdom. Holy Spirit, create a fire that will blaze in their hearts for the things of GOD and for His plan of salvation. As they pursue Your will in their lives, grant them supernatural wisdom, revelation and saving knowledge. Light their path to Righteousness and to Eternal Life. Let their lives be a "testimony" to the world that GOD Reigns forever and ever. Thank you for sharing your heart with us today. GOD'S Peace be with you both.
