Angels.

You may ask ," What are angels? ". Angels were created by God, as His spiritual and powerful beings, although we don't quite know exactly what they look like. We have a picture in our mind, when we think of the word Angels; but it is far from what we imagine. In the first Chapter of Ezekiel, it talks about a prophet who had a vision; and saw a group of "angels", and described them as looking like the flames of fire, with many faces, and in which looked like men. Their are different types of Angels, and they are all wonderful, muscular looking creatures; with so much power that in one evening, just one angel, was able to destroy one hundred and eighty-five thousand Assyrian soldiers
( 2 Kings 19:35 ).
It has also been said that their presence is so awesome that those who see them have been known to fall unconscious on the ground or to voluntarily prostrate themselves.
( Daniel 10:5-19 ). The book of Isaiah talks about angels called "seraphim" which have six wings; and of angels called "cherubim" , who were said to have formed a throne for the presence of the Lord on the lid of the Ark of the Covenant; in which they would cover the very holiness of God Himself ( Exodus 25:18-22 ). This is all very interesting, because when I was young, I believe I saw an angel before. It was a few years ago, and it was when I lived at home and I had a boxer ( dog ) named Bandit. I used to ask God to send His Angels to be with my beloved Bandit, as he became sick. I would ask every single night, and pray, for them to surround Him because I had this feeling inside that He was not going to be around much longer. I knew God had to take him at one point, and I would have wanted to take him too...he was a very special dog and part of our family. He protected us, and listened, without judging. Well, this is a little blurry, but I just remember I was crying because we were about to take him to the vet and I was scared....and I sat in my room with him one last time, and I looked up at my friend, as I passed out. I remember hearing someone or something talking to me, but I couldn't tell you what it was, because it was so long ago; but I felt the presence of..something ...or someone around me. It made me stop crying, as I opened my eye's, and my parent's walked in my room. I told them what happened, and they thought I was just really upset, as they were too.. But I knew I had an experience, and that God sent one of His messenger's to be with me at that time. Ever since then, I knew I couldn't give up, and that God had a special plan for me, and for my life.
I did my research on Angels after experiencing this, and it just makes sense to me, as to what happened and what I felt. Has anyone else had something like this happen to them? God has touched many of us with His wonderful creatures and powers of healing. I wish I was a angel, so I could help each one of you in need, so I remain strong in prayer with you all.
