Everything has already begun. I already see a change in your relationship with his mom and you. That's not a surprise. GOD surprises me a lot, but when He starts moving before we have finished praying, that amazes me. I'm so excited for your marriage because I know Shane KNOWS the difference between you and other women (first, is Christ in you), second is that you are here to stay and you have let him know beyond the shadow of a doubt, "My love for you is real; it's forever; it's unconditional. I will wait for you to come back home to me." He knows that you are not a "game-player" and I believe he secretly LIKES that about you. He knows he can get mad and stay silent, but in the end when he needs a shoulder to cry on, guess whose number he's speed dialing. That's right! Yours. Stay faithful that GOD is working through Shane. When you two are permanently together, you have so much to share with Shane about the things you know in Christ. GOD bless, my Friend. You are reaching the edge of you and Shanes's BREAKTHROUGH! In a little bit, all of this will be a distant "memory" when you and Shane are sitting in your rocking chairs on the front porch drinking ice tea and lemon with bologna sandwiches.  |
