He's just kind of a no nonsense kind of person. He doesn't put himself in his client's shoes to try to see what they're going through. The problem is he's seen so many people bring vehicles in to be repaired and they'll start listing all kinds of things that are supposedly results of an accident but a lot of them are things that were already wrong with the car and they're just trying to get something fixed for free while they're there. He's become cold to the fact that maybe some of the clients are telling the truth and truly need help. He needs to remember that not everyone out there is trying to get a free ride.

As for the jobs in the past, I really believe it was pure laziness. He'd tell you the same thing. He regrets his work history and wishes he could go back and change it. I don't think he would go to counseling even if I suggested it. He's gone to marriage counseling before but I don't think he would consider one on one counseling. I'll mention it to him though.
