Sandy, I feel you and understand you so much, and I believe you are a good person. I accept you and welcome you as a friend. I have problems as well as most people do, no one is perfect. I have hope for you and for me. I don't have too many friends as well, but I know that I would rather have One real friend, than a million friends in the world. You need to accept yourself and believe that you CAN and WILL pull yourself out, but you have to have strength and tell yourself that you can do this. I have faith in you, although we do not know each other, I believe in you and I support you. I have hit rock-bottom before where I was completely sad and could not pull myself up, but after awhile I realized I couldn't feel that way anymore, and I worked hard and I changed my life around. I know you can do it, do not think of negative things, think of things you want, and believe you will receive them. I send you all my blessings, and I will keep you in my prayers.
