How you perform at work, or when working toward something, means something to those who've hired you. Produce resutls for them. I believe a positive attitude and willingness to adapt and change as well as how well you adapt to chage means a trememdous amount. If you say you're going to do something then follow through. There are talkers and producers. I would suggest you produce results and be a good listener. Also, leave any personal matters at home. Drama isn't good karma.
