Dear Lynda, this is a truly beautiful testimony. I can identify with, though have not experienced it like you.

And you are so right about Satan. He is real, and really troublesome at that. But most importantly, what i am happy about is that though you have an earthly husband, you consider Jesus as your first, and this is why you have not been let down in truth. Though somewhat dissapointed perhaps. I am so glad that you hold dear this wonderful encounter with Jesus, that keeps your love for Him burning in your spirit.

If you are not yet doing it consistently, i promise you there is almost nothing better than reading and meditating upon His Word. It has helped me to know God in ways i would have never imagined. Because it was through scriptures that i realized that i can hold Him anytime i want and need. That anytime i want to be with Him i can visit with Him and speak with Him in my heart and mind.
