Dear Friend, i want to strongly recommend that you read Isaiah 58. Sometimes we are really unable to forgive, not because we don't want to but because we just are unable to do it ... However, when we become part of relieving other's suffering, especially those who are helpless, somehow God softens our hearts and enables us to do things we were not able to before.
I have lifted up a prayer on your behalf. Do not be angry for too long, for anger consumes and kills us.
