The problems of just being your age are enough. I can't imagine the pure hell you must be going through. Please understand that you are not alone. We are all praying for you and hope and pray that God will send his army of angles to help you battle this. Giving it to God means it is now his problem. Hold on to him with all your strength and all your might. Only think for today. Don't worry about tomorrow. At your age you will experience many new emotions so be watchful were they come from.
