Righteous Father, You said it is imposibe to live this life and not meet the opportunity to be offended. (Luke 17:1) Offence is a trap used by the enemy of Almighty God. The enemy is shrewd in his operations, cunning and crafty. LORD, we remind our sister, here, You warned us that the enemy can even disguise himself as an angel of light. Therefore, Almighty God, train our sister, "Created in Love" by Your Word to divide rightly between good and evil, so she will recognize the schemes of the enemy and avoid his traps, seeing them for what they are. Blessed Holy Spirit, teach our sister to understand sin, righteousness, and judgenment.
John 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
9 Of sin, because they believe not on me;
10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;
11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
(Ephesians 6:12)
Rigtheous Father, in the name of Jesus the Christ, we ask that You would reveal, by Your Spirit, Your Word, to her as she reads Your Word. If there be any hidden areas that might hinder her from knowing and understanding Your truth, may she welcome the conviction of Your Holy Spirit and ask for Your grace to carry out what You desire of her.
Many are unable to function properly in their calling because of the wounds and hurts that offences have caused in their lives. Merciful Father, Let not this one, our sister become as one who cannot function. Let forgiveness of others trespasses against her be easily forgiven by her. Heal her wounds, we pray, Blessed Healer, our LORD Jesus and keep her from the snares and traps of the evil one, Amen and Amen |
