Your ex sounds like he has a small heart, to let this all happen, and cause you so much stress. I am here if you need me, I willing to give any advice, if you would like. Don not worry, worrying causes stress and can make you sick, so try to think of positive things- whatever it may be- and even if you are really upset and you think you cant. I was wondering because, laying on the beach ( listening to some music you bring ), and watching the ocean, is a good way to calm yourself down and feel better.
