(Deut 32:36) The LORD will judge His people and have compassion on His servants when He sees their strength is gone.
(1 Corinthians 1:27) ...GOD has chosen the weak things of the world to shame the things which are strong.
(Matthew 5:3) "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."
The teaching of the Sermon on the Mount produces despair in the natural man--the very thing our Messiah the Christ meant it to do. As long as we have a self-righteous, conceited notion that we can carry out Our Saviour's teaching, YHWH will allow us to go on until we break our ignorance over some obstacle, then we are willing to come to Him poor in spirit and receive from Him. "Blessed are the poor in spirit," that is the first principle in the Kingdom of God. The bedrock in Christ's kingdom is poverty, not possession; not decisions for Christ, but a sense of absolute futility--"I cannot begin to do it." Then our Blessed Redeemer says--Blessed are you.
Abba Father, That is the entrance to Your Kingdom, and we pray for brokenheart's wife; may she see that she is poor in spirit, so that You may bless her in her weakness, her poverity, with Your strength.
Thank You, Abba Father, for wanting brokenheart's wife to be happy. You love to bless Your people and we pray You surely bless his wife with happiness.
The poor is spirit are happy because theirs is the Kingdom of heaven. Make this wife poor in spirit, Father, depending totally upon You.
Deliver her from the Kingdom of self. She wants to be clothed with Your humility, Father.
They who mourn are happy when You bring them comfort, because they realize You are their Source. Wonderful Comforter, please bring brokenheart comfort for he has been mournful a long time.
The meek are happy because they will inherit the earth. Help brokenheart's wife to become meek, Father, and to see You when she is mourning.
You have shown us that all who hunger and thirst after righteousness are happy because they will be filled. Please increase brokenheart and his wife's spiritual hunger and thirst for Your righteousness. Even now You are filling them both with all they need.
The merciful are happy because they have obtained mercy. May this husband and wife be merciful, Father, in their relationship with each other.
The pure in heart shall see GOD, they are happy. brokenheart and his wife want to be pure in heart, Father, so please continue Your workmenship in their marriage and lives.
The peacemakers are happy because they shall be called the children of Yahweh. May this wife and husband be known as peacemakers, Father, living in peace with each other. All who are persecuted for Your Name's Sake are happy too, Father, because they know their reward will be great in heaven. Help this husband and wife to rejoice and be exceeding glad in the face of persecution. (Matthew 5:1-12)
Help brokenheart and wife never to faint in the day of adversity, but to be of good courage, knowing that You will strengthen their hearts. (Proverbs 24:10)
It is good to know, Father, that their happiness is not based on temporal circumstances of life.
May they both realize, Abba Father, that blessedness comes when one delights him or herself in Your Word. brokenheart and his wife will meditate on Your Word day and night. Keep them from walking in the counsel of the ungodly. (Psalms 1:1)
Their hope and happiness are in You, Christ Yahshua.
Because they have tasted and seen that You are good, Saviour, You have forgiven them of all their transgressions and they are truely blessed indeed. Thank You for the gift of blessedness. Hallelujah! Amen and Amen
(1 Corinthians 8:6) There is but one GOD, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one LORD, Yahshua Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live.
(Romans 11:36) For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen. |
