Dear Looking2God, I am not going to accept, and believe for just redacation from your husband. I am going to believe that the Lord is going to get a hold of your husband, and salvation is in the works!!! If he only redicates himself, then you will always have to deal with the symtoms that you , and the children, have been dealing with!!! We need a breakthrough for your family. It is important for this, and his soul, and where he will spend eternity!!! Also, as a parent it is our obligation to teach them in the way that they should go, and bailing on a marriage is not good teaching for these children. Without salvation, you have already had a taste of what he can do to the marriage, and the children. Not to mention all the bad decisions he has made! This will tear all of you up!!! He needs the Lord to do it right. Then the mistakes will be fewer in number, and not so devastating! This is what I pray for your family! I pray that the Lord continues to deal with him. That he has a revalation of what life would be like if he were saved! I pray that he falls down on his knees, and asks forgiveness from Jesus! And I pray that he turns from making his decisions on his own, and that he begins to lean on the Lord during trying times. I pray the Lord begins to work miracles in all of your lives!!! Dear Looking2God, Do not accept less, as this is what the devil would have you to do. It will wear you out, and down; When you are trying to single handedly hold this marriage together! Your husband needs to get off the can, and get on the stick. I know that you see improvements, and this is a good thing! Praise the Lord for this! But, let us not stop there!!! Let us bombard Heaven, with our prayers, and raise the roof for your husband's salvation. Let him know that you are praying for this, and tell him why! If he says no, ask him why he does not want his life to get better!!!? In closing I believe the devil would have you to just accept the scraps from the Lords table. But, it is our Heavenly Fathers desire to fill us to overflowing with an eternal type food, in which your family would never hunger again!!!
