MY fiance has been charged for something he did not do mistaken identity when he was vacationing with his friends for his bachelor party before our wedding last summer. He will be going to court tomorrow to find out if they will be charging him and if so what they will be charging him. We need Help. I don't know what to do.....i am beside myself. I cannot believe this is happening.
